Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Services team at 360 FIL Fondsbank Germany. As an Assistant Manager Technical Client Services, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to complaints of all kinds, including sensitive complaints addressed to regulatory bodies
- Analyze reasons for complaints and develop improvement proposals to enhance customer experience and system optimization
- Clarify and answer enquiries and complaints on tax topics
- Report risks and potential claims
- Conduct Net Promoter Score surveys, analyze feedback, and proactively contact advisors
About You:
- Completed banking training or studies in finance
- Several years of professional experience in the securities or investment fund business
- Experience in complaint management, sensitive case handling, and tax question answering is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with clients, asset managers, and sales partners
- Strong team player with high customer and service orientation
- Fluent English language and writing skills
- Closely native or native level of German
