About Your Team

You will be part of the Operations unit focused on Personal Investing and Advisory services. This unit is integral to the German business and is closely linked to the Global Operations function. The Distributions Team plays a vital role in delivering key capabilities and is committed to continuous process enhancement.

About Your Role

As a crucial member of our operational framework, you and your team will provide exceptional operational services to our clients. Your contributions will ensure a superior customer experience while upholding ethical standards. In this role, you will:

  • Manage distribution processes, including reconciliation and clarification of discrepancies (data entry, booking, database management, filing, verification), tax documentation, and customer communication in collaboration with Client Services.
  • Oversee bookings related to distributions.
  • Handle advance lump sums.
  • Analyze and process Not-In-Good-Order items.
  • Enhance control measures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements from initiation to testing.

About You
