About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager Benelux to join our International Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the entire customer journey of our Dutch-speaking shops.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience and operational efficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Translate and localize various marketing materials, sales campaigns, and other content for the Benelux audience.
- Conduct quality assurance and testing of new features across our app, desktop, and mobile shops.
- Monitor competitors and benchmark our performance in areas such as sales campaigns, collaborations with influencers, and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage our online community, respond to customer reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, linguistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Native fluency in Dutch (oral and written) and fluency in English (oral and written), with basic German skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
