Wir suchen dich unbefristet und in Vollzeit als Assistant Manager of HSC (m/w/d) für die MOIA Operations Germany GmbH.

Unser Algorithmus ermöglicht es, dass Fahrgäste mit ähnlichen Routen ihre Fahrten in unseren vollelektronischen und geräumigen MOIAs gemeinsam nutzen. Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für alle servicebezogenen Anliegen verschiedener Stakeholder, insbesondere unserer Fahrer.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Kommunikation über die Fahrer-Hotline, das Ticketsystem und den E-Mail-Verkehr, bei Fragen und Problemen im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du leitest und entwickelst das derzeit 12-köpfige Team unserer Service Agents im Hub Service Center sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
  • Du stehst in direktem Austausch mit dem Leiter des HSC.
  • Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des digitalen Produkts bei.
  • Du unterstützt, falls erforderlich, aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Schichtdienst: Mo-So, in der Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht sowie an Feiertagen.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Du kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundensupport, Call-Center oder ähnlichem nachweisen.
  • Du verfügst über erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Leitung von Teams im Schichtbetrieb.
  • Du hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Deine sehr ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du bringst zudem gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
