Hotel Comparison Team Leader

Job Overview:

As a Hotel Comparison Team Leader at CHECK24, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer advisors in our Service Center. Our team provides customers with the best hotels at the most affordable prices worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of up to 10 customer advisors in our Service Center
  • Motivate and develop team members through regular feedback and coaching
  • Conduct employee discussions and participate in training activities
  • Support shift management in operational duties
  • Handle escalated cases and customer complaints

Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in customer service in a B2C environment
  • Initial experience in technical and disciplinary leadership
  • Confident and cooperative decision-making with conflict resolution skills
  • Service-oriented and empathetic personality
  • Negotiation skills in German (written and spoken)
  • Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours between 8 am and 10 pm during training and high seasons
