Team Leader (m/f/d) Customer Support (Service Center) / Hotel Comparison

Overview:
  • Leadership Experience: We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our customer advisory teams.

Since our inception, we have prioritized customer satisfaction by providing transparent market comparisons and exceptional travel experiences.
  • Role Overview: The Team Leader will be responsible for both technical and disciplinary leadership of a customer advisory team based in Münster.
Requirements:
  • Active involvement in daily operations, especially during peak periods.
  • Extensive experience in (telephone) customer service within a B2C context.
  • Initial experience in leading teams both technically and disciplinarily.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Service-oriented and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Proficient negotiation skills in German, both written and spoken.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative decision-making approach.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, particularly during training and high-demand seasons.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and disciplinary guidance to team members (up to 10 employees).
  • Implement motivational initiatives for the team, such as team-building events and meals.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and engage in training and coaching activities.
  • Assist in shift management and operational responsibilities.
  • Address escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.
