Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d) - Hotel Comparison

  • Role Objective: The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team of customer advisors in Münster, focusing on both technical and disciplinary aspects.
Requirements:
  • Active involvement in daily operations, especially during peak periods.
  • Extensive experience in (telephone) customer service within a B2C setting.
  • Prior experience in both technical and personnel management.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Service-oriented and empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficient negotiation skills in German, both written and verbal.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to decision-making.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying hours between 8 am and 10 pm during training and peak seasons.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and personnel leadership, fostering the development of team members (up to 10 employees).
  • Implement motivational initiatives for the team, such as team-building events and meals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and engage in training and coaching activities.
  • Assist in shift management and operational responsibilities.
  • Address escalated issues and manage customer complaints effectively.
