Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer Customer Identity & Access Management to join our team. As a key member of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our group-wide customer identity management solution based on Auth0.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable and secure customer identity management solution using Auth0
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and steady development of the solution
  • Define and establish the technical base of solutions in close collaboration with the CIAM product team
  • Ensure the solution meets the needs of 50 million managed customers

Requirements

  • Relevant experience with Auth0 (Okta CIC) is an absolute must for this position, certifications from Okta/Auth0 appreciated
  • Familiarity with Development Tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube
  • Hands-on experience with Test Automation, preferably using Selenium
  • Deeper understanding of API design and development, authentication, and workflows
  • Ability to act within an international, de-central DevOps team and willingness to drive the technical development
  • Excellent analytical skills, especially to derive the best solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English language skills are essential
