About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our team at HomeToGo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our performance marketing strategies across various channels, including SEA, display marketing, remarketing, social ads, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global performance marketing strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Build and manage a high-performing performance marketing team, including talent acquisition, development, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, analysis, marketing, and sales, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through the use of analytics and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in SEA and digital marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
