AERO HighProfessionals - Credit Controller (m/w/d) - Job Description

AERO HighProfessionals is a leading provider of personnel services in the aerospace industry, partnering with Airbus to offer diverse and challenging job opportunities.

About the Role:

  • As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for examining, booking, and paying vendor invoices in compliance with legal requirements and internal instructions.
  • You will also be responsible for invoice control for quantity and price discrepancies, coding, and posting in the SAP system.
  • Weekly payment processing will require consideration of liquidity aspects.
  • You will handle and process reminders, assist in monthly and annual closing, and serve as a contact person for audit queries.
  • Additionally, you will calculate and book recurring entries, manage cash, process, calculate, and reimburse travel expenses, and execute Bundesbank reports.

Requirements:

  • A successfully completed commercial education is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of specific professional experience in accounts payable and receivable accounting is necessary.
  • You should have knowledge of labor, social insurance, and wage tax law.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP is required.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
