Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) in Aerospace - Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, recording, and processing vendor invoices in accordance with legal standards and internal protocols
  • Monitoring invoices for discrepancies in quantity and pricing, coding, and entering data into the SAP system
  • Managing weekly payment runs while considering cash flow implications
  • Addressing and processing payment reminders
  • Assisting with monthly and yearly financial closing, acting as a liaison for audit inquiries
  • Calculating and recording recurring transactions
  • Cash management, including processing, calculating, and reimbursing travel expenses
  • Preparation of Bundesbank reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Familiarity with labor laws, social insurance, and wage tax regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP software
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
