- Reviewing, recording, and processing vendor invoices in accordance with legal standards and internal policies
- Invoice verification for discrepancies in quantity and pricing, coding, and posting in the SAP system
- Managing weekly payment runs while ensuring liquidity considerations
- Handling reminders and follow-ups
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial closing, acting as a point of contact for audit inquiries
- Calculating and recording recurring financial entries
- Cash management, including processing and reimbursing travel expenses
- Preparation of Bundesbank reports
- Completed commercial education
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Understanding of labor, social insurance, and wage tax regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP software
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
