- Reviewing, recording, and processing vendor invoices in accordance with legal standards and internal protocols
- Invoice verification for discrepancies in quantity and pricing, coding, and posting within the SAP system
- Managing weekly payment processes while considering liquidity requirements
- Addressing and processing reminders
- Supporting monthly and annual closing activities, acting as a liaison for audit inquiries
- Calculating and recording recurring transactions
- Cash management, including processing, calculating, and reimbursing travel expenses
- Preparation of Bundesbank reports
- Completed commercial training
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Familiarity with labor, social insurance, and wage tax regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in both German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
