Your Responsibilities
- Review, record, and settle creditor invoices in accordance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Conduct a thorough examination of invoices for quantity and price discrepancies, and record and settle them in the SAP system
- Manage the weekly payment process, ensuring compliance with liquidity considerations
- Clarify and process reminders
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements, and serve as a point of contact for audit-related inquiries
- Calculate, determine, and record recurring postings
- Manage the cash register, process, calculate, and disburse travel expenses
- Submit reports to the Bundesbank
Your Qualifications
- A completed commercial education
- At least 3 years of experience in credit and accounts payable
- Knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
