About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Experience Project Manager to join our team at nonplusultra Sales GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the success of our brands through the conception, implementation, and ongoing development of retail activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Retail Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing managers to conceive, implement, and analyze retail activities such as promotions, shop-in-shops, and pop-ups.
  • Client Management: Serve as the direct link between our team and our prestigious clients, including Meta, Sumup, Shokz, and SpaceX, to manage their budgets and ensure the success of their retail initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the management of our own D2C staff and external agencies in the areas of promotions and shopfitting, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of retail activities, producing comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our other retail services to achieve the greatest output for our brands as a whole.
Requirements
  • Initial Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail or events industry.
  • Creative and Communicative Personality: A creative and communicative personality with an interest in retail and interacting with people, able to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets, and a strong affinity with numbers, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Location: Based in or near Munich, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
