Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager for Retail Experience, you will take charge of various initiatives aimed at enhancing the retail experience across the EMEA region. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of strategies that drive measurable sales impact through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of Retail Experience projects throughout the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to enhance the measurement of cross-channel sales performance.
  • Lead your team in crafting and implementing successful brand initiatives, including promotions and temporary retail setups.
  • Ensure your team provides exceptional service to stakeholders, fostering collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
  • Manage staffing levels within Experience formats to uphold quality and operational standards.
  • Oversee client budgets, maintaining a focus on performance and profitability.
  • Work in tandem with other retail services to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within retail and D2C environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in team leadership and personnel management.
  • Background in the events sector or related fields is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining resilience and focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong numerical aptitude.
  • Understanding of process optimization and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Located in or around Munich, with a willingness to embrace a hybrid work model.
