About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Retail Media team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects related to Google Display Ads and Retail Media Onsite advertising media concept.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assume the Business Owner role in projects, focusing on Google Display Ads and Retail Media Onsite advertising media concept.
  • Define and implement a holistic, international solution related to Retail Media Onsite (focus on Google Display Ads) and develop a product concept for personalized CRM-mailings.
  • Collaborate cross-divisionally within MMS Holding, particularly with eCommerce, User Experience, Tech, Legal, and Sales teams, to ensure the realization and rollout of Retail Media related products in our eleven national companies.
  • Identify and prioritize Retail Media projects based on business value and customer/market requirements.
  • Specify requirements in close coordination with tech departments and business stakeholders.
  • Implement complex projects, including stakeholder management, risk management, and tracking of project progress and achievement of product rollout targets.

Your Profile

  • Hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Have several years of professional experience in project management/product management and in-depth knowledge of eCommerce, digital advertising/digital products.
  • Have a very good understanding of digital advertising and associated market trends.
  • Be experienced in agile project management methods (Kanban, SCRUM, Lean) as well as classic project management (waterfall).
  • Work in a constructive, solution-oriented manner with a clear customer focus and good cooperation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
