Du hast einen Gesamtüberblick über Sales & Customer Service, Underwriting, KYC und Collections/Portfolio Management. Um die Stabilisierung und die end-to-end Prozessoptimierung zu erreichen, arbeitest du direkt mit dem Management und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
- Du bist Sparring-Partner für die Mitarbeiter*innen mit der Zielstellung einen optimalen Gesamtprozess der operativen Fachabteilungen zu erreichen.
- Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von agilen (Teil-) Projekten der operativen Fachabteilungen, sowie die termingerechte Abwicklung des Projektplans.
- Fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern*innen und Beurteilung projektbezogener Leistungen.
- Identifizierung von Optimierungspotentialen, gemeinsame Erarbeitung der besten Lösungen mit dem Projektteam, aktive Kommunikation an die verschiedenen Stakeholder, sowie Dokumentation der laufenden Projektfortschritte und -ergebnisse.
- Durchführung von Kernprozessverbesserungen sowie eigenständige Lösung von Ad-hoc-Problemen.
- Identifizierung und Beseitigung von Ineffizienzen, Problemen und Risiken.
- Implementierung von KPIs und Monitoring der Prozess-Performance.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Management oder ähnliches.
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager / Prozessmanager – in mindestens zwei der aufgezählten Fachbereiche, wie Sales & Customer Service, Underwriting, KYC, oder Collections/Portfoliomanagement - in einer Unternehmensberatung (vorzugsweise Tier 1) oder im Projektmanagement.
- Kenntnisse in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitern*innen.
- Erfahrung im klassischen sowie im agilen Projektmanagement.
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Jira & Confluence), -Methoden und -Prozessen.
- Idealerweise Banking oder FinTech Branchenerfahrung.
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell auf den Punkt zu bringen.
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Integrität und Teamfähigkeit.
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
