 What We're Looking For:


We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently.


 Responsibilities:


As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:


• Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns


• Tracking and following up on cases to ensure they're closed in a timely and efficient manner


• Maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support


• Providing troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and other hardware


• Assisting customers with account management and password security


• Escalating unresolved cases to 2nd level support interaction experts


 Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you'll need:


• Fluency in German


• Advanced English knowledge


• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Prior customer support experience is an advantage
