Wir suchen eine/n Head of Operations (m/w/d) für unsere zentrale Operations Abteilung in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) für unseren Standort Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du leitest das Operations Team zu allen Supply Chain relevanten Themen für die Marken der Gruppe inkl. demand forecast, Supplier Management, B2B & B2C Fulfillment und Einkaufsprozesse
  • Du identifizierst kontinuierlich Möglichkeiten zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung - immer mit dem Ziel, die Effizienz und Effektivität unserer Supply Chain zu steigern
  • Du überwachst, verfolgst und kontrollierst das Produktportfolio und die Lagerbestände der Marken
  • Du bist für die Überwachung und Entwicklung der relevanten KPIs und Dashboards, wie z. B. Fulfillment-SLAs, Lieferzeiten und Rücksendequoten, verantwortlich, um unsere Geschäftsziele zu erreichen und zufriedene Kunden sicherzustellen
  • Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung von der Fulfillment-Software und den Integrationen wie API-Verbindungen mit unseren Logistikanbietern (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Tech-Team) zuständig
  • Du managest die Einkaufsprozesse der Gruppe
  • Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit anderen Teams zusammen - insbesondere mit den Marken- und Vertriebsteams - um neue Produkte zu entwickeln, Kampagnen zu planen und zu unterstützen
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Position im Bereich Supply Chain & Logistik mit, vorzugsweise in einem sich schnell verändernden, digitalen Umfeld, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in der Leitung erfolgreicher Teams
  • Berufserfahrung in der Beauty-Branche ist ein großes Plus
  • Affinität für Fulfillment-Softwarelösungen und Daten
  • Kreative Denkweise und Mut zum zielgerichteten Experimentieren
  • Can-Do-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Identifizierung relevanter Trends - sei es in den Bereichen Kundenerfahrung, D2C, FMCG oder neue Geschäftsmodelle - und Integration dieser Trends in unsere operativen Initiativen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Lösungsorientierung
  • Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
