Compensation and Benefits

An attractive salary model rewards your performance, with a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Chief Executive to prioritize strategic initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and drive results.
  • Process Management: Analyze internal processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement measures to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects, ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Operations Management: Monitor operational activities, ensure goal achievement, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster internal communication, coordination between departments, and facilitate smooth operations and strategy implementation.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, organize meetings, create presentations and reports, and manage special requests and projects.
  • Representative Duties: Represent the Chief Executive at events, build relationships with stakeholders, and promote the company's interests.
Your Profile
  • Possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; relevant experience from other fields is also welcome.
  • Hold at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit strong strategic planning skills, operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Show initiative, think critically, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Demonstrate loyalty, integrity, and a commitment to representing the company's interests both internally and externally.
  • Fluently speak German and English.
