Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry
  • Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic planning skills and ability to address operational challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Strong initiative and ability to think ahead
  • Fluent in German and English
