About the Role

">

We're seeking a talented Marketing Strategist to join our team in Germany. This fixed-term contract (12 months) position will focus on growing the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program across the European Union.

Responsibilities

">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and applications of prospective DSPs in Germany and other EU markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing annual and quarterly campaign strategies, including creating agency briefs, planning workflows, and managing agency partners.">
  • Supporting the development of the overall integrated marketing and communication strategy.">
  • Owning market research strategies to identify insights and targeting strategies.">
  • Refining Amazon's DSP proposition to differentiate the program from competition and overseeing execution across audience segments and channels.">
  • Possessing a deep understanding of audience segmentation and digital products.">
  • Creating measurement frameworks, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models.">
  • Running creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement.">
  • Automating and improving triggered communication throughout the customer journey.">
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience across the marketing funnel.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.">
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).">
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.">
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.">
  • Fluency in German language (speaking, writing, and reading). ">
  • Proven track record of success in marketing strategy, performance marketing, and lead generation campaigns.">
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.">

Compensation

">

This role offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll have opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and innovative company.
