About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop impactful communication strategies, craft compelling key messages for our products, and lead the Go-to-Market process for new features. As a Senior Product Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for customer insight gathering, defining USPs, competitive intelligence, Go-to-market strategies, product ambassadorship, positioning and messaging, and building the job scope.

Your Responsibilities
  • Gather customer insights and extract customer needs to contribute to the product strategy and development.
  • Define the value proposition for new features in collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
  • Conduct detailed market trend studies and best-practice analysis.
  • Design and implement strategies for key initiatives, including team training, material creation, process setup, and KPI definition.
  • Promote post-launch successes, ensure smooth liaison between teams, and assist Marketing teams in content creation.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new features and solutions targeting specific customer segments.
  • Establish processes and standards for the role, aligning with the EGYM Group Product Marketing team where necessary.
About You
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B/B2C product marketing for software products.
  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills, expertise in identifying market needs, developing product strategies, and managing product updates.
  • You have worked with marketing, sales, and product teams to strategically position products.
  • You are familiar with current market trends and can develop innovative ideas.
  • You have hands-on project management skills and enjoy taking end-to-end responsibility for projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team player who interacts successfully with colleagues in cross-functional teams and fosters strong collaborations.
  • You speak English fluently and German, with French being a plus.
