We are seeking a seasoned Retail Marketing Strategist to join our team in Munich, Germany.

About the Role

This is an unlimited position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the retail marketing landscape of Westwing Home & Living. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing store-level marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement impactful campaigns that align with our brand vision and meet our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy for our stores, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and store managers to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Track performance using established KPIs and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Research consumer insights and market trends to optimize store performance.
  • Support new store openings and oversee in-store campaigns, promotions, events, and collaborations.
  • Manage the marketing budget for stores, strategically allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a retail-focused marketing role, preferably in the premium or luxury home & living or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating store marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Strong project management, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative, strategic thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
