Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency or a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales principles, including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
