Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for establishing new partnerships with businesses and organizations, identifying and converting leads, and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English
