Die Rolle

Wir suchen eine/n (Senior) Business Development Manager, der/die mitverantwortlich ist für die Neugewinnung neuer Kunden wie z.B. Pharma- und MedTech-Firmen oder auch Krankenhäuser und sonstige medizinische Institutionen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Identifikation und Akquisition von Neukunden in der Pharma-, MedTech-Industrie sowie andere HealthTech-Firmen oder Krankenhäuser
  • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen, insbesondere mit Marketingabteilungen von Pharmaunternehmen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung von Umsatzzielen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Präsentation und Verkauf von Produkten/Dienstleistungen an potenzielle Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektumsetzung
  • Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen zur Netzwerkbildung und Geschäftsentwicklung
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise im Business Development/Sales, Projekt Management oder Consulting. Wenn du an eine Pharmafirma bereits verkauft hast, sie beraten hast oder sogar bei einer gearbeitet hast, ist das ein dickes Plus.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zielorientierung
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Nutzung von Marktdaten zur Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien
