Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Global Grohe Product department for a temporary engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the product assortment of designated lines within the showers and thermostats category throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Lead the pre-development phase and strategize the showering roadmap to ensure a competitive and sustainable product portfolio.
- Collaborate with regional commercial teams globally to establish new product specifications and consolidate international projects.
- Act as a key representative of the Global Grohe Product team during the Stage Gate Process for new product development, working alongside cross-functional teams.
- Initiate cost-saving measures and monitor sales performance metrics.
- Manage end-of-life product planning effectively.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience in Product Management.
- A strong interest in and affinity for technical products.
- Experience engaging with international markets and clientele.
- Solid understanding of project management, product management, and marketing principles.
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Mail is advantageous.
