Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Customer Support Agent to join our team at DTCjob.com. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling payment issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Account Management: Troubleshoot issues related to account management, order discrepancies, and product information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Warehouse, and Marketing to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions, contributing to team goals and meeting individual and department service targets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Customer Service or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mentality.
