Automation Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technology Specialist to join our team at ETA Personal GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC and control systems, with experience in developing and testing control and visualization software for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the electronics development team to design and implement control and visualization software for industrial systems.
  • Coordinate technical requirements with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and test protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Conduct system and integration tests in-house and globally to ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide support for troubleshooting and fault resolution via remote access and on-site at client locations.
Requirements:
  • A completed degree in a relevant technical field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Strong programming skills in Siemens Step7, WinCC, TIA HMI, and TIA Automation.
  • Knowledge of Selectron, Mitsubishi, Pilz, and Phoenix control systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in measurement and control technology, industrial communication, and networking technology.
  • Basic knowledge of drive control and inverter technology, as well as mechanical engineering, is a plus.
  • Excellent command of German (C1) and English (C1).
