Product Change Management Specialist

Product Change Management Coordinator Role
CYBEX, a company dedicated to creating innovative products for parents, is seeking a talented individual to join its team. As a Product Change Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management of product changes and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manages maintenance projects related to products in production.
- Defines work packages, allocates responsibilities, and sets timelines for small-scale projects.
- Facilitates communication between departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provides regular updates and status reports to supervisors, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.
- Creates and maintains key product documentation, including Bills of Material (BOM) and Production Guidelines.
- Assists the technical change team with budget monitoring, process management, and administrative tasks.
- Oversees and executes small technical changes to ensure product updates are efficiently implemented.
- Ensures all necessary product documentation and data for key accounts is up-to-date, available, and uploaded to relevant platforms.
Requirements:
- Succesfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office mandatory, experience with SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
- A technical background or understanding is advantageous for managing product changes and technical documentation.
