As a Product Change Management Specialist at CYBEX GMBH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product maintenance projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage maintenance projects related to products in production, ensuring that all necessary documentation and data are up-to-date and available to key accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define work packages, allocate responsibilities, and set timelines for small-scale projects.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, external suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to your supervisor, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.
  • Assist the technical change team with budget monitoring, process management, and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee and execute small technical changes to ensure product updates are efficiently implemented.

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office mandatory, experience with SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
