Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen ambitionierten Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Region Hamburg/Norddeutschland, um unsere Vertriebsorganisation weiter auszubauen und Kunden ein Serviceerlebnis zu bieten, das seinesgleichen sucht.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Kundenbetreuung: Beratung und Betreuung bestehender Kunden, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und ihre Zufriedenheit zu steigern.
  • Neukundenakquise: Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Projekte, um unser Wachstum zu fördern.
  • Angebotserstellung: Erstellung von Angeboten und Durchführung von Präsentationen, um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu präsentieren.
  • Marktanalysen: Beobachtung des Marktes und Analyse von Trends, um unsere Strategie zu optimieren.
  • Messen und Events: Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen, um unsere Marke zu stärken.
  • Teamarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienstteam zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung.
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium, um unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu verstehen.
  • Vertriebserfahrung: Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich CNC-Technologien.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick, um Kunden und Mitarbeiter zu überzeugen.
  • Kundenorientierung: Kundenorientierung und Leidenschaft für Technik, um unsere Kunden zu zufriedenstellen.
  • Deutsch und Englisch: Deutsch fließend, gute Englischkenntnisse, um internationale Kunden zu bedienen.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Reisebereitschaft in der Region Norddeutschland, um Kunden zu besuchen und Projekte zu bearbeiten.
