Nexperia is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Central European team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Central Europe.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Nexperia remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with solid technical affinity.
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
- Leadership experience and expertise to manage a cross-functional and multicultural team.
- Solid experience in managing commodity business and promoting power-related products.
- Detailed business understanding of industrial applications, with additional segment knowledge in automotive and consumer a plus.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused on key accounts and mass market accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English, with other languages a plus.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to travel frequently.
