Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and soliciting business opportunities in the Automotive Technology sector. Your primary focus will be on developing new markets, services, and key accounts within assigned markets, including cross-selling opportunities.

You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. Your goal will be to develop a go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow the customer base in assigned scope within Thailand.

You will drive related marketing, market research, and competitive intelligence activities. Additionally, you will monitor project deliveries and deadlines.

Working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders, you will develop and prepare sales forecasting and planning with high quality and consistency. You will analyze accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and 18-month basis.

You will utilize POC, SCO, and other sales tools to forecast using input from Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will also use sales tracking tools to improve sales and commercial effectiveness.

Requirements

You will need a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Business discipline. A minimum of 10 years of sales, sales management, or consulting experience in global organizations is required. Prior experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.

You will have experience in managing teams, including budgetary responsibilities. The ability to speak Chinese is an advantage. You will be able to work in a team, be meticulous, and have a target-driven personality.
