Customer Experience Manager Job Description

Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Essen. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement customer experience initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching and training to frontline staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer experience improvements and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
