About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Experience Manager to join our global team in Essen. As a key member of our Central Region team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience management
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric strategies and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
