Customer Experience Manager Job Description

Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Essen. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience improvement opportunities
  • Lead and manage projects to drive customer experience initiatives and measure their impact
  • Provide coaching and training to frontline staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering customer experience improvements and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
