At Amazon, we're committed to helping our strategic brand partners grow their business and achieve success through e-commerce. As an AVS Brand Specialist, you'll be a key member of our team, driving growth and customer satisfaction across Europe.

Your role will focus on developing and implementing strategies for your assigned brands, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes. You'll have 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce, from product management to marketing and sales.

You'll act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales. This includes monitoring and working on key performance metrics on a daily basis, ensuring that the brand's experience of AVS reflects our customer obsession.

As part of this role, you'll work together with different teams to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon EU, such as Product Category Management, Supply Chain management, Finance and Marketing; developing your skills and future career.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy**: Develop and implement growth strategies for assigned brands, leveraging data analytics and industry expertise to drive long-term benefit.
  • Operational Excellence**: Drive supply-chain operational excellence initiatives across Europe, reducing costs, defects, lead times, and managing stock in our fulfillment centre.
  • Promotion Funding**: Provide recommendations for marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion.
  • Selection & IDQ**: Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability, identifying product gaps and onboarding new products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant background
  • Minimum 12 months professional experience after graduation in a Business Operations, E-Commerce, or Management area
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of another European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or website content management systems
  • Confident in communicating internally and externally
  • Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills

The estimated salary for this role is €65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
