We are a leading provider of managed IT services to law firms, engineers, and small to medium-sized businesses in the Hannover region. Our team of 75 experts develops, implements, and supports solutions for the digital workplace - on-site at the customer, in our HANNOVER CLOUD, or as a multicloud solution.

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team.

About You
  • You have a passion for IT and a strong service-oriented mindset
  • You bring first-hand experience in IT support or a similar role
  • You have completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • You have knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualization
About the Role
  • Troubleshooting and installations: You will work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues, install software, configure systems, and provide remote support to ensure their IT systems run smoothly
  • Customer communication: Effective communication with our customers is key. You will work with them to understand their needs and provide solutions to address their technical challenges
  • Monitoring customer systems: Using our monitoring system, you will keep track of the functionality of our customers' systems and resolve any issues that arise
  • Documentation and escalation: You will document your activities and escalate complex issues to specialized teams to ensure efficient problem-solving and high customer satisfaction
