About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at TÜV NORD Service GmbH & Co. KG. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, analyzing and resolving IT issues, and updating our knowledge base and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Analyze and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Update and maintain our knowledge base and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and service desk
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows, MS Office, hardware, and networking
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL certification a plus
