Ihr Profil


• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, wie z.B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, IT-Kundenbetreuer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen, oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im telefonischen Support.

• Grundkenntnisse im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support sind erforderlich.

• Praktische Erfahrungen mit Client- und Serverlösungen, einschließlich Microsoft-Serverumgebungen, Citrix-Systemen und VoIP-Technologien sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticket- und Remote-Tools, ITIL, LAN, WAN und VPN sind wünschenswert.

• Führerscheinklasse B ist erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben


• Bereitstellung einer sicheren und stabilen IT-Infrastruktur für unsere Kunden.

• Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowohl im Außendienst als auch im Support-Center.

• Mitwirkung an der Schadensverhütung im Hinblick auf aktuelle Cyberrisiken.

• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen.
