Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CLM Technology Support Engineer to join our team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. As a key member of our Regulatory and Cross Product Technology organization, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable regulatory compliance through technology automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple applications used to onboard clients and manage KYC data
  • Collaborate with developers to build strong and effective inter-team relationships, incorporating agile working practices and site reliability engineering
  • Develop technical subject matter expertise in business workflows, application architecture, and application code
  • Resolve incidents and service requests submitted by application end-users, keeping stakeholders informed and working to minimize impact
  • Approach support with a proactive attitude, working to improve the environment before issues occur
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in IT support or development, preferably a mix of both
  • Proven expertise as a technical lead in a discipline such as Java, Python, Perl/Shell scripting, and ability to clearly evidence how these skills have been used to improve the production environment
  • Ability to write complex SQL statements to extract reports and run workarounds against Oracle databases, as well as monitor database health and performance
  • Experience of agile working practices, especially where these have been utilized in production
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and to senior management
  • Fluent in German language (not essential but an advantage) and English language
