The Regulatory and Cross Product Technology division is a forward-thinking entity dedicated to crafting engineering solutions. Our mission is to ensure adherence to regulations through the automation of technology utilizing a variety of technical tools.
Within the CLM Technology team, we oversee Production Services for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM). Our Follow-the-Sun support framework guarantees continuous coverage for essential Know Your Customer (KYC) applications, which are critical for maintaining regulatory compliance and driving revenue across the organization.
KYC is integral to Deutsche Bank's strategy against financial misconduct, as it involves the establishment and management of client records. This encompasses the KYC Lifecycle, interaction with client data, and fulfilling regulatory obligations.
In collaboration with operational and technical teams, you will be responsible for managing applications that facilitate the onboarding of new clients, enhance trading relationships, and efficiently supervise KYC workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for various applications related to client onboarding and KYC data management
- Engage with developers to foster effective partnerships and implement Agile methodologies
- Acquire technical knowledge in business processes, application architecture, and coding
- Address incidents and service requests while proactively enhancing the operational environment
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 9 years in IT support or development, ideally with a blend of both
- Demonstrated proficiency in Java, Python, and Perl/Shell scripting, illustrating how these capabilities improve production settings
- Competence in crafting complex SQL queries, monitoring database performance, and working with Oracle databases
- Experience with Agile methodologies in production settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in both German and English
