Digital Marketing Strategist

About YOU is a dynamic international fashion brand known for its unique design language and high-quality basics.
As Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our paid digital campaigns across various channels, including social media and email marketing. This role requires collaboration with the marketing team to define our marketing strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing performance marketing strategies in alignment with the team lead
- Planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting online campaigns across multiple tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Designing and executing email marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
- Creating materials for digital campaigns and promotions in collaboration with graphic designers
- Conducting A/B testing and researching new methods to enhance campaign impact and conversion rates
- Managing organizational tasks such as budget planning, time management, marketing calendar updates, invoice control, and KPI achievement
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing is required for this role
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, KPIs, and conversion optimization
- Proven experience in implementing campaigns for specific channels: Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
- Experience with email marketing within an ecommerce background is highly desirable
- Knowledge of META and Google business & Analytics tools, as well as CRM interfaces (Emarsys, Mailjet, etc.)
- Knowledge of specific tools (Smartly, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is not mandatory but a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Quick perception, high motivation, and analytical thinking
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
