Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Banxware GmbH. As a key member of our Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion opportunities and identifying areas of growth for our company.
Your Responsibilities- You will work closely with our Management Team to assess business expansion opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- You will evaluate new business opportunities, analyze their impact, and present your findings to the team.
- You will prepare meeting documents, pitch decks, and term sheets, as well as detailed project and implementation plans.
- You will work closely with our Chief of Staff & Head of Partnerships and Business Development to develop potential new product offerings.
- You will prioritize all ongoing projects and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful projects for clients and the best possible outcome for Banxware.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex projects and understand our business model.
