Job Summary:
Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join our Strategic Vertical Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and design funnel growth for a strategic industrial account worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth and design wins
- Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the account level
- Collaborate with internal sales resources and distribution sales teams to drive new design activity and accurately track and forecast revenue
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the account's business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including FAEs and technical resources, to drive design wins and revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion
Requirements:
- Engineering degree preferred, EE or CS
- Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, result-driven, team player
- Strong technical background with a record of successful history working with direct accounts
- +5 years technical and executive selling experience required, preferably with global strategic accounts
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional international teams
- Willingness to travel internationally (China, US)
- Fluent in English and in German
