Global Hospitality Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Manager to join our team at Workster, a leading hospitality payment service platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality industry and driving revenue growth in Switzerland.

About You:
- You possess excellent German (C1+) and English (C1) skills, with Italian or French being an added advantage.
- With a proven track record in new business sales, preferably within IPTV and networking, you have a solid understanding of the hospitality technology landscape.
- Your experience in managing and delivering new business targets has equipped you with the necessary skills to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Swiss hospitality industry.
- You have a strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline and sales development plan, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build robust relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality industry, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales.
- Deliver quarterly and annual new business sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Retrain existing customers and extend their service contracts, maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring business profitability.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by proactively addressing customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.
- Work collaboratively with supporting departments to resolve customer/partner inquiries efficiently.
- Accurately complete sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and tenders, to support the sale of services.
- Lead on creating and delivering new business presentations to customers, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Ensure CRM system accuracy, updating customer and opportunity information in line with set KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to managers and internal stakeholders on sales progress, opportunities, and challenges.
