Administrative Assistant for Legal Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Betreuungsverein Hildesheim e.V. in a full-time position (38.5 hours/week).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including:

  • Managing correspondence and documents
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Providing customer service to clients and visitors
  • Performing general office duties, such as data entry and filing

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
